Username/Password issues

Username:

• Your username is your email address. Please contact us if you think you mistyped your email.

Password:

• On your computer, go to web.lrnr.us and click on 'Change your password' that can be found below the login button.
• Enter your Lrnr email address in the pop-up which appears and click the 'Submit' button.
• You will receive an email from Lrnr with a password reset link. If you don’t get an email:
• Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders.
• Add [e-mail] to your address book.
• Request another email.
• Click on the password reset link and you will be able to set up a new password.
• Create a new password and click the 'SUBMIT' button.
You are all set! Click 'OK' and you will be taken to the login page.

Forgot Password:

• In case you have forgotten your password on your computer, go to web.lrnr.us and click on 'Forgot Password' that can be found below the login button.
• Enter your Lrnr email address in the pop-up which appears and click the 'Submit' button.
• You will receive an email from Lrnr with a password reset link. If you don’t get an email:
  • Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders.
  • Add [e-mail] to your address book.
  • Request another email.
• Click on the password reset link and you will be able to set up a new password.
• Create a new password and click the 'SUBMIT' button.

You are all set! Click 'OK' and you will be taken to the login page.
