- If you are requesting a refund of an access code purchased through a bookstore, you will need to go to the bookstore to initiate your refund.
- If you are requesting a refund of paid access to Lrnr through the Lrnr registration process, paid by credit card, please email customersupport@lrnfast.com. If you are dropping a course, we will need to get verification from your Instructor that you have dropped the course. Refunds will be considered for students dropping the course during the institutions' add/drop period.
